Pearls

My first encounter with the BeadBook came when I
won a competition and
one of my prizes were a free two year
subscription of the magazine. The editor
Christa van Rooyen wanted me to do a
bracelet with pearls for them. Needless
to say, this had been one of my most

popular designs I ever did. When I design
and write a pattern, I try to write a
project that can be completed by all
skill levels.

FLASHBACK

I am sorting out my workspace and decided

to look back on my published work.

Every day for the next week you'll see

some of my work that I did for various

magazines. The arum lily necklace were the

first project I did for Threads&Crafts, a very long time ago . The stress nearly killed me, I was so nervous. Luckily, Annine van Rooyen, the editor, was a fantastic lady. She guided me through the process.

Christmas Beaded Bead

I think this is the last bead ornament for 2009!

The small tree is looking beautiful with all the

bead ornaments and cross stitched teddies.

Crystal Delight

I made the smaller version of the Crystal Delight Christmas Ornament from Paula Adams. The photo do not do this beautiful ornament justice, it is lovely.

Addictive. I must now juggle two arty and crafty addictions. Lucky me!

More Christmas Decorations

This is my eight piece set of decorations, made with love.
Paula Adams is a star - I adore her creations. Thanks for sharing your patterns with us, Paula. The centre bell I designed, it did not come too easy, but Viola! I love it.
